The Fitness and the Laundry rooms are located in the basement next to the "Il Gufo" apartment and are accessed
via the external staircase. In the fitness room there are two bookshelves with English and German books.
A weight bench, Crosstrainer, Stepper and an Ergometer machine are included as well as Sat-TV.
The laundry room includes a washing machine, a drying machine, as well as an ironing board and an iron.
