The apartment house of La Casa di Petra with the three holiday apartments L'Oleandro, L'Olivo and
Il Gufo is about 20 mtr. south of the main house.
The apartment house has a terrace on the ground floor for the apartments L'Oleandro and L'Olivo and in
the basement for Il Gufo a portico (covered terrace).
The large garden of about 6000 sqm is from all apartments easy to reach and offers u.a. a barbecue area
with a large table bench and a brick barbecue.
The bedroom windows, the terrace and the portico offer views of the hills, the Calanchi, the vineyards and the private olive grove with more than 40 olive trees, some almond and fig trees, fruit and nut trees.
L'Oleandro is on the north side, L'Olivo is on the south side. From the bedroom windows looks out on Ripatransone and the vineyard slope, from the terrace to the olive grove to the barbecue and the driveway.
In the basement, below L'Oleandro and L'Olivo, Il Gufo,
as well as the gym with library and laundry room (below the terrace).
Il Gufo has a covered terrace (portico) and its own lawn, herb garden and direct access to the olive grove.
